RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
| All of our products are handmade and hand-dyed, which means - no two items will be exactly alike. This is something we pride ourselves on, and we want you to feel the same way when shopping with us. However, we understand the need that sometimes things change and you may need to return your item. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. |

RETURNS:
We are happy to offer returns for up to 10 days after the date of delivery. Please note: You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item/items back to us. We will not accept returns in used, unsaleable condition. This means all items must still have their tags attached, in their original packaging, free from any perfumes, marks, stains, tears, dyes or scents.

EXCHANGES: We are happy to offer exchanges for up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Please note: You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item/items back to us, along with the cost of shipping out the new item/items to be shipped to you. There is a $20 restocking fee for all returns/exchanges made from outside of Canada. We will not accept returns in used, unsaleable condition. This means all items must still have their tags attached, in their original packaging, free from any perfumes, marks, stains, tears, dyes or scents. |

SALE ITEMS:
All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are firm on this policy and there are no exceptions.
